Shaggy fingers crossed re leak - we once dug up most of the garden and were contemplating have to dig up concrete floor when leak found where water came into house.

It’s via someone who knows someone I know via work ,,,,,,,, going to see it Monday ,,,, I just hope they will allow animals, other than that in my mind I’ve already moved in ,,,,,!

Shaggy - House? Where do I start? The electrician is the only one who hadn't finished before we moved in, so he was busy putting dirty hand prints all over the clean painted walls then went through a water pipe, now a big hole in plaster and emergency plumber who I paid for etc then electrician disappears. Burglar alarm not working and looking unfixable, but worst is I have no final testing certificate to get new build signed off. Am thinking I may need to do a full rewire on a newly plastered building and start from scratch, as no one else will sign it off. Anyway rant over. Will find a way through it.
Thanks Green Karen and best of luck with the house, hope it all gets sorted out as quickly as possible, sounds wearying0 -

Oh MY DAYS!
Well done on all your AFDs whilst coping with that! I think you deserve double points or something! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
