I've managed to STS (still the same) with my weight over the last two weeks (which is OK as I'm at my lowest weight for about 13 years) but having kept a food diary for the last 2 weeks it tells me I need to get lots of AFDs in April if I want to lose more...so hoping I'm in the zone now to do just that!

Brilliant, Shaggy. Well done. Being at your lowest weight for 13 years is fantastic enough but staying there for two weeks is even better. Well done.

I'm so glad your dog's doing so well after his surgery, Arkers. I, too, am in awe of them; their determination and sheer cheerfulness when they're going through things that would floor us is awe-inspiring. It's one of the reasons I love being around animals - they remind me about what's important and what true courage is.

The home check was postponed, so the lovely lady is coming tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed.

I hope they track that leak down, Shaggy. Grim things, leaks.

    67.9 kgs
    3/30 please.
    Better is good enough.

    3/26 AFDs today
  • Morning all, peeing down here. Have not managed any more afds this week yet. Tuesday I am putting down to OH constantly stressing about the B word that is on the news 24/7 at the moment. We are on different sides of the fence about it. (He is not aware I think differently to him). I just can't go there with it. Thoroughly sick of the whole saga. Am stressing about Dd too. She is off on an adventure holiday to a far flung Asian continent today. My baby girl. She took me out for some Mother's Day treats yesterday and then we took her and two of her brothers out for their fav chicken restaurant N@ndoes for dinner, I had a beer oops. Have not been weighed either due to the outing earlier. Will do that Saturday fingers crossed.

Back to today am going to call in early for this evening. So 1 snc 3/16 please Shaggy Have a good day :)
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

Unfortunately, it's the worst type of leak - a very small one that makes it difficult to detect. Dyno filled our central heating system with a gas - then they went around with a machine trying to detect the gas. The only gas found was around the heat exchanger which is on the outside wall where the boiler vents. So BG are going to replace that and hopefully that will sort things. If not then it's back to more radiator sealant.....

....but no plans to lift our new wood floor just yet - phew!

Good Luck with your new doggy today!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
