I'm back!!!!! Slightly longer hiatus due to being away and then internet router going kaput. I haven't caught up on the thread but I did see your news Annie ....YAY, go you!!!! Sounds amazing job offer, I hope it's everything you want. Well done for sticking with it.
So I'm at 22/28, thanks Shaggy. I'm not going to make target this month. Will try to be back in the swing of the thread for April! :j

I've kept the food diary (in calories) up for a week.....(a journey of a thousand miles and all that...) it does stop me eating without thinking, so it will work if I keep it up....sometimes I just need reminding that there are 200 calories in a cherry bakewell tart...otherwise I can kid myself that it's just 100... :-0
And a leak detection team is coming in Thursday to see if they can find the leak in our central heating.....What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. I lost the plot a little bit last week. There was no rhyme or reason for it, but I drank every night from Tuesday till Sunday. And I could feel it. As in sluggish etc.
But had a break last night and don't intend to drink again till Friday.
So, now I am up to 13/16 (so hopefully will still make target) and and 57/183 for the year.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Me too! I feel like I'm back on track now though - this will be my 5th night in a row....What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again.
