Arkers My very best wishes for your JR and a speedy recovery from the op.
:wave:hello LeftPeg - I have found this thread to be really helpful in my endeavours to reduce how much I drink.

    4/28, please Shaggy.

loveasale, my own experience is that my tolerance for alcohol has dropped dramatically over the time I've hung around on this thread - I used to be able to knock off a bottle and a half of wine in the evening no problem, and now I find two glasses is about the max and then I just don't want any more. So I am sure over time your tolerance would drop. Alternatively, maybe your stop button is faulty, in which case perhaps you should just stay away from alcohol altogether? I don't know, but what I do know is that this thread will help you cut back a lot at the very least. :)

    Welcome Leftpeg :hello:

Sorry to hear you are feeling a bit under the weather after the ‘wine episode’ loveasale :(. I was a bit like that after last weekend but took it much easier this weekend and feel better for it.

Off the blocks today with 1/12 please Shaggy - I hate it when the month starts on a Friday :o

Hi and welcome - we run a number of challenges - a monthly one were you set a target, so if you want to go one day a week drinking - then say a target of 26 AFDs. But if you want to go target free (TF) you can do that too.

We also have school night challenges which run from Sunday to Thursday and weekend challenges which are Friday and Saturday.

Please shout if you want to join a challenge.
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
