Ding ding.... it's Target Tuesday!! 15/15 today.. there was a point last week when I thought I wouldn't meet the target so am doing a happy dance.

Many thanks for all your hard work at keeping us going Shaggy. 11 years! I love how positive, relaxed and non-judgemental this thread is, the difference you must have made to so many people over the years in helping them to cut down or stop drinking completely is a marvel.

11 years is brilliant!:T I can't lay claim to being here all that time but I've done a fair few years and it's made such a difference to me. Thank you all. It's the posters (past and present) that make the thread what it is!:A


I had a planned drinking day yesterday, out with friends for lunch. Nothing OTT just a couple of glasses which I enjoyed.
