Morning everyone, been absent for a few days as had a lot on in RL so here goes:

3/20 for Dec as had an unplanned drink yesterday afternoon but definitely no more booze until Saturday
Can you put me down for 4 for this weeks SNC please Shaggy? Since I've already dropped a day, calling 2/4 for today!

Still have this bloomin' cold, I thought it had cleared yesterday but was up half the night again sniffling and snottering! I'm in work but might not last the day :( depending on how effective my lemsips are lol (I don't normally take anything for a cold but this is full blown man-flu!!)

Had medical for the new job yesterday which went well, so fingers crossed I should be starting new career at end of January! :)

    Thanks!

Sorry to hear you're struck down with man flu fatrab. Good news about the medical though.:)

Hi everyone. I haven't been posting, but have been reading which does help to not give up completely, so thank you all for that.

I finished November still on 4. I think I'll set a low target of 5 for December and see how it goes.

    bln

Absolutely right! Hang on in there bln. I'd try to get that 5 in as soon as you can (before the month gets manic) and then any more will be a bonus.:)

I just thought what I posted could encourage some to get their target in then possibly drink 'because I can'. I could see how that could happen. What I meant was I'd take advantage of any 'normal' days (no events, occasions, invitations, guests etc) early in the month as it could busy up later. Hope that makes some sense to someone.:)

No drinking here today. Tomorrow we're at a black tie do and staying over so not planning to be AF.

    2/10 AFDs please Shaggy.

Shaggy, I did get a warning from my computer about two weeks ago that it had blocked something to do with one of the monthly challenge smileys. I didn't mention it at the time because the antivirus software is supersensitive and goes off all the time, and the smileys have been around for a long time so can't see why they would suddenly be a problem, but maybe that's part of it?? Sorry, I probably should have said.

Yes I did feel there was something odd going on to do with the smileys...hopefully it won't be a problem again...fingers crossed...
