My 2018 total to end-Feb is 35. I think I had a target of 150.What goes around comes around.....I hope!0

Maman - I tend to 'allow' myself drinking days for Fri-Sat-Sun and am normally AF Mon-Thurs unless I have a social event on a weekday
Same here sukey:). That's probably why we often seem to be neck and neck on our totals. I'd have to add 'not trying to be AF on holiday'.;)
One of my fears lucy was that when it came to weekends I'd just play catch-up and drink loads to make up for the AF weekdays. It has helped that my tolerance has dropped with the AF days so I do tend not to just keep drinking on weekends. I also take the opportunity whenever possible to plan things at weekends which will help cut back. So if there's a choice when to go to the cinema or theatre I'll go for a Friday or Saturday so I'm not just spending the evening drinking. When I'm at home I might have a tea/coffee mid-evening even if I go back to the wine later. And lastly (not sure if I should be advising on drinking on here) I find that having at least one of the evenings on G&T (properly measured) seems to help to minimise how much I drink. I do it to cut calories but it really does go further than wine which I seem to be able to get through far too quickly.:( I'm sure others will have good tips tips but this is what's helped me.
Unexpected bonus from today. I was meant to be meeting friends for lunch before a matinee. Snow is horrible so we're staying at home. I'll cook a nice meal here instead but I won't be drinking.
