Day 8. For some reason I’m feeling a bit weak. I want wine this evening. It’s Friday. .
But I know i shouldn’t. 1 glasss will likely be 1 bottle. That will ruin what I’ve done. Give me a hangover and I’ve a busy Saturday. People will be relying on me. I need a clear head. So I won’t drink tonight. But it defers it to Saturday. I’m away in a hotel. TrickyLive for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Stayed AF last night so happy to call a very early 2/26 and confirm 5/4 SNC!! Also 1/2 weekenders as it's weigh in day tomorrow so definitely no drink tonight. In fact, I'm committing to an AF November.
Not looking forward to tomorrows weigh in though, over ate last night and it's not been a great week in terms of exercise.You can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

Thanks for posting that cuppa. It's exactly how I'm feeling today.
It's just that I really want to lose a couple of pounds and I know an extra AFD will help me. So I'm going to commit to it (and hopefully not have to come back and admit I couldn't do it).

Tea apparently!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
