    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning!!

    Calling in a nice and early 11/30 AFDs and 1/2 for the weekend!

    SW weigh in tomorrow so definitely no alcohol tonight, and I'm hoping for my Club 10 award (10% of initial body weight lost). I was only 2lbs away from it last week so fingers crossed!

    Have a great weekend and I'll let you now how I got on when I'm back on here Monday.
