    Fatrab, thanks for the totals, just checking whether the 200 is to the end of August or includes the first three days of September? :)

    Bit worried about wintersunshine, who seems to have dropped out of circulation again. :( Those were very ambitious targets, I felt. Hey wintersunshine, come back and be a bit easier on yourself, it's okay! :)

    Cuppatea is another one who said she would be back for the start of September. Hi Cuppatea if you're out there :wave:

    Cathybird - today is day 200 so only 198 until end of Aug please. I got over excited when I saw the 200 flash up on my calculator haha :D

    Unfortunately, Saturday's antics involved a curry and several drinks afterwards so when I woke up yesterday I knew it was time to get moving with the healthy eating. No hangover, just bloated and disappointed that I'd drank so much.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    That's good to hear wintersunshine! The figure of 122 that I put on the list was something you mentioned the other day as your new challenge for the rest of the year, or at least the coming months, so that's why I put that on the list. Do you still want me to take your name off or would you like 122 to be your target for the rest of the year? ... Don't mind. :)

    Re: Slimming World....i was a member for about 3 months earlier this year and found it really helped me to cut down the amount of alcohol I was consuming. Since finances started tightening I had to give up the classes and have been trying calorie counting instead but found I was exercising to "earn" wine so probably not the best idea! :naughty: I'm going to rejoin SW as soon as I can.
