    17/25 AFDs for me please. I expected to drink more as I was on holiday but my friend is also trying to drink less and she also said I always get a migraine when I drink wine and that if often true but I hadn't realised she noticed...This month for the first time I enjoyed not drinking more than drinking. Who'd have thunk it :)

    Still on 7/15 please Baileys. Bought someone a g&t and myself just tonic in a pub. Later they turned up with a g&t for me. Rounds are tricky!
    I guess if I were closer month to month to my target it wouldn’t even have been an issue, just a single drinking day that wasn’t planned.

    I’ve felt a few emotions over this, sheepishness, happy rebellion. But the oddest is the ‘waste’ of a drinking day from all the soft drink rounds being wasted.

    I guess if I pretend tonic is g&t this was inevitable at some point.
