Hi am I too late to join this month ? If not would like to be a/f for the rest of the month 13days - feel like I embarrased (sp?) myself at pub Saturday o/h fell out with me and guess what can't remember anything about it I just can't seem to stop once I start and spent yesterday feeling poo (emotionally that is).

Welcome Mobo! Most of us have done that, I'm sorry to say, and it's why some of us are here. I certainly did and the last time was once too often, which is why I eventually just had to stop completely. Best thing I ever did because I didn't seem to be able to find my Stop Button once I'd started. I found it really helpful to post here every day. Good luck with it.
