Hi, Ive been using a natwest packaged account for several years, i never use the phone ins, roadside assistance, etc but i do use the overdraft facility every month, which i was told when i first opened the acc would be "free" but of course it isnt as i have to pay interest on the overdraft, i would still need the overdraft is it worth trying to claim for the package acc? tia

But what about the charges you would be paying on the alternative?is it worth trying to claim for the package acc? tia
Assuming you are not time barred....
By complaining you would lose access to this account. How do the charges, whilst in overdraft, compare to the account you are on?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
