Mighty Deals dreadful customer service

In a nutshell bought a refurbished iPhone through Mighty Deals and on initial use kept crashing. After a lot of emails, mainly from me due to being ignored, I returned the phone for replacement/repair. It was returned with exactly the same fault. Again numerous emails and finally Ultimo agreed to a refund if I returned it. I did and Mighty Deals have credited my account this month. This has been going on since October and consequently I have had to buy another phone. I have contacted Mighty Deals to try to get a refund rather than a credit, which is no good to me, but been ignored. I thought that if goods were faulty you were entitled to a refund under Consumer Rights Act rather than credit, am I wrong? Does anyone have any ideas where I can go or who I can contact personally rather than use their contact form which doesn't appear to go to anyone. Thank you
