Using claims direct I have discovered some loans/credit cards that had PPI. I have decided not to use them but to pursue myself however HBOS , which I believe to be bank of Scotland, have written to claims direct requesting further information on accounts I may have had but been destroyed as over 6 years. I have no paperwork in relation to them but do know that over the past 20 years had a numerous amount of credit cards and loans with various companies. Hindsight an amazing thing !!!!
Any advice please if the bank have no record and neither do myself?
