Put a plank across it and youve got a side table. Or planks on each to create seats.
Put some theraband on it and have yourself a home defence system.
Wrap fair lights around it for a garden light.
Alternatively a stump grinder will get rid of it quickly (although cut it right back first and obviously yull have to remove a chucnk f the decking. A slower optionsis digging it out. And even slower is cutting it back drilling holes in and pouring (epsom) salt in. It will rot away eventually.0 -
I'd have cut it closer to the ground. I have two conifers that have been chopped down and we chopped them closer to the ground but now i wish we had dug round them and chopped them below ground level. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Look in this months Modern Garden magazine for ideas for just this thing.
From memory there are fairy houses, whimsical bird houses, table, bright painted stumps, snowdrops growing out the top, etc etc0
