Recording scam workmen

Hi I'm looking for a legal way to record extremely terrible rude workmen from the council in my home.
Now I'm asking if anyone has a template what stats Implyed right to record conversation if anyone enters my home I want to stick it out side on the wall . So by entering they argred to be recorded . I realy hope that makes sense iv googled like mad. Kind regards.

If you want to put up a sign just put up a "CCTV Recording in Use" or similar.

How lucky you are to be supplied council workmen rather than having to call out private expensive contractors.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

With CCTV you can do whatever you want if it only records your own property.0 -

There could be many reasons. My in laws had council workmen over because a "council tree" fell and damaged the house.0
