drilling up into a concrete lintel

Weve had our fireplace opened up to fit a insert gel fireplace, and it requires drilling in and fixing to the lintel. Its only a short opening, so doubt a hammer drill will fit directly under the lintel at 90 degrees
Its kind of like this:

and needs 3 fixings up through the top of it, into the lintel
What other options do we have please?

You can hire an Angled drill. One point to bear in mind is that concrete lintels have steel reinforcing bars so you may find your masonry drill hits the reinforcing.0
