Help needed re: flight brought forward 11 1/2 hour

Thank you everybody, have successfully received a full refund for all 7 flights from Thompson asking again politely and asking them to take all factors in to consideration. Very happy :) x

Good news - are you able to get 7 replacement flights for the same dates for anything close to the original cost ?

Hiya, yeah booked for next day for 10 days same hotel, exactly same cost, with Thomas Cook, over the moon :):)

That's a great result but be aware that TC has the same 12 hour rule for what count as significant changes.

Great result, well done for you for perusing, and to be fair well done for TUI for seeing sense. Also good that TUI were happy to deal with you and not insist it was all done via Travel Republic... although that may be because TR book it with your card details anyway as if you did it yourself.
