Worth pursuing?

Years ago when this PPI claim back procedure came about I claimed back money from the only loan I've had for free (can't remember how), Now my parents want me to do the same for them but they can only remember a few lenders.

Who should I use or should I just send a sample letter to the ones they can remember to get back? Do you need to remember the date/year of the loan/credit etc

The regulated companies process (which every regulated financial services company has to follow) is free of charge.

You would have made your complaint to the lender, and they listened to your complaint and made their decision. Just as any business does with any complaint.

You dont need to pay to use the free of charge service.
