Latest flea treatment for cats

Many years ago when my cats were young I used to buy frontline, the non prescription version and my house got infested with fleas and it didn’t work. Visited my vet who gave me stronghold, that worked a treat and the fleas were gone within the week. Problem was it cost a fortune for 3 cats. For the last 5 years I have been using advantage that I buy online. So much cheaper and works so well. Never had any sign of fleas in my house since using advantage.0
