Hi All,
I have gone with The Claims Guys to isolate who sold me PPI and was just about to go through with it but noticed they charge 36% which I am not happy to pay. So they have done the groundwork - how easy is it to take this info and do the rest of the journey myself?

As easy as it's ever been.
Write down your complaint reasons, pop them in an envelope and send them to the lender.
If you've already signed a contract asking then to buy the stamp for you though, you will still need to pay them.0
