The generation where they want things to happen instantly on a weekend and blame others.

Just put your complaint in and see what the outcome is. Who's fault was it for not having the T+C's before signing or losing them again?
You have no idea what generation I am.
You would do well to read what has been said and get your facts straight before you comment. The banks have codes of practice to which they are bound to adhere. It is their responsibility to provide the information. I have made several complaints/requests which have not been complied with by the bank. You would have realized this if you had read anything before you put finger to keyboard. Not accurate, not polite, not nice. Just the sort of (non) contributor that proves my point.

The experience as is the case with most things in life is what you make it to be. Making accusations against people does you no favours either. When you appear to be seeking little more than confirmation of your personal views. Rather than taking the opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge.
If you read my original post properly I was not seeking confirmation of anything, I was asking for help in obtaining copies of my documents when facing persistent non-supply from my bank!
All you did in your original remark to me was give a trite "within our rights under contract" reply. You knew nothing of the contract at that stage or even the lender. If the bank hadn't even supplied the contract and T&Cs to me, how could you possibly know anything of them? Making comment without information is hardly helpful to anyone, not even yourself. I joined the forum to learn and expand my knowledge and hopefully to get help, your original comment was neither informative nor helpful.
You are obviously a big hitter on this forum, such comments are therefore beneath you, especially to a self-confessed beginner, as mentioned in my first post.

What is this supposed to mean?
Haven't you something better to do than this?
Not constructive, not necessary, not nice. Just the sort of (non) contributor that proves my point.

You're posting on an open forum. You have to accept that not all posters will agree with you and even that not all posts will be helpful. It comes with the territory.

I fully and absolutely accept that! I also thank you for your comment.
Although new to this forum (or any other) I knew that this sort of stuff went on. I don't expect everyone to agree with me, indeed I enjoy healthy debate and learning from the different views of others.
What I didn't expect and will not tolerate is the sort of trite, asinine remarks which have been made towards me. Especially when the comments made have not even taken into account any factual information - they are just guess, assume and knee jerk responses!
Unfortunately, these have been made by 2 or 3 of the veteran, biggest hitters on this forum, who frankly should know better and, at the very least, adhere to the site's mantra of "be nice".
They, as big hitters, should be showing a positive example!
Even if some of the other trolls don't.
