Peeling Spiderman mug

I brought a Marvel Spiderman mug and socks set from B & M. The image on the mug, despite being labelled as dishwasher and microwave proof, started peeling off straight away when I was handwashing it before using it. Would it be best to complain to the company (bbdesignsonline.com) about this or should I just return it to the shop (B & M)?

Your contract is with B & M, so that is where you should return itIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
