Untaxed vehicle on driveway - can it stay??

Options
Hello, I'm new to this and so I hope somebody can shed some light please, I entered my property from a housing association and have a driveway. I have an untaxed, uninsured, and no mot vehicle sitting on my driveway - does not look unsightly at all - just waiting to be able save the money to get it back on the road but obviously as I work this is a hard Misson to find the money!! I have received a letter from my housing officer with a form attached to it - listing details of my said vehicle showing a run down of the facts that it is not taxed nor insured and neither an mot - the car has been Declared SORN. My housing officer has asked me to clarify my intentions with this vehicle. I have checked my tenancy agreement and this states that no untaxed or unroad worthy vehicles may be kept on an estate. would anybody please be able to clarify if this means that the housing association can tell me to get rid of my vehicle or if they would be allowed to come and take this away??? Please.

If it’s in the teens and conditions of your tenancy then there have every right to ask your intentions, how long are you looking at before you can do tj cat up...

In all honestly I would get shot .. the house is more important than the car x
