    It “times out” for the purposes of prosecution after 6 months. They continue to demand payment for years though.

    Right well they got my companys details and sent them the overdue penalty letter for £127, so clearly the DVLA are giving out details to Indigo! They quote the byelaws, private criminal prosecution and clamping. My company stupidly are insisting on paying this increased fine...

    All this despite having a monthly season ticket!!! Criminal.

    why should they have got your companies info , you appealed in your name , with your full address , yes?

    and is this second letter from indigo or a debt collection company , say zzps?

    Company car so they are registered keeper, DVLA clearly gave them the info.
