Hello,
I have been told the linked property is coming on the market after a sale broke down, the windows need replacing as they are timber framed and some are rotten.

I would also like to replace the kitchen and bathroom with a company doing all the fitting.
Could you give me an idea of costs, looking to use good quality double glazing and mid range kitchen and bathroom.
