Car Deposit Refund Time Period

I have been sorting out some old paperwork and came across an invoice for a new car that I never actually bought (cancelled the order a couple of days after the order was placed).
Upon reviewing the paperwork I noticed that I had paid a £200 voluntary deposit that has never been refunded.
The transaction took place on 16th Feb 2014.

My question is, whats rights do I have to claim this back after nearly 4 years have passed?

I make no comment on whether or not you are owed any money, but if in England or Wales, you have up to six years to seek a remedy.
