Hi I'm trying to improve my credit even more over the next few years to get a mortgage I've got one bad factor a ccj for a phone contract that's currently being paid off.
I've just got a capital one credit card and am I right in thinking if I use it to pay off 2 bills , virgin tv , virgin phone contract and then pay it straight off the card it would improve my credit?
My bills are due after I'm paid and I get a decent wage for mmy work so I've not got any financial worries would that work theoretically?
Cheers:money:

That will help you improve your credit history, yes.
Wait until you receive your statement and then pay it off before you incur any interest. Paying by Direct Debit is a good idea, but be sure to make a manual payment until you can confirm that it has been set up.0 -
The quicker you pay off the CCJ the better. As it's that which is going to restrict your options in obtaining a mortgage. The manner in which you handle your personal financial affairs is more important than achieving a higher points score according to the CRA's.0
