Hi Guys
I've been having a problem with my credits for National Insurance credits. I was only credited 38 NI credits. This should have been 39. This was for an old claim back in 2014 and its affecting my ability to apply for ESA as I am short one credit.
I've phoned HMRC and DWP . Finally someone from DWP's maternity allowance unit called and said my record was fixed. It showed on HMRC;s check my record website but now its been taken away again. I literally feel like I am going to have a nervous breakdown. Can someone advise on how to proceed?
