Should I accept commission only?

Hi new to reclaiming! I’ve had an offer from RBS for commission on a PPI claim, my initial argument was that I could not recall signing up for PPI. They have provided a application form with the box for PPI signed and addition examples of statements.

Should I accept the commission offer? If I do then do I lose the right to dispute their initial rejection?

Whilst you don't need evidence to make a complaint, in some areas, the available evidence is used. Saying you cannot recall signing up for it is one of those.

Plevin only applies to rejected complaints. If that you accept that outcome then your complaint is over.
