Online banking Best device

I have done a little online banking before using a windows 10 laptop.

I have now just bought an Ipad and was thinking of trying one of the mobile banking apps but i notice there are no internet security apps.
Apparently Apple devices don't need it?

So i was wondering which way was the safest and best way of doing online banking. Via a windows pc with security software installed or with an Ipad via an app or the safari web browser?

I do all of my banking on my iPad. You can download Lookout from the App Store if it makes you feel better.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

The safest way to do banking by far is using the banks own app be it for ios or for Android
