Bathroom Supplier Problems

Hi,

In November 2017 I purchased an entire bathroom from a local supplier based in NI.
Bathroom was installed by an independent fitter. When the tiler washed down the porcelain floor tiles they showed up a lot of scratches.

I went back to the shop where they denied all responsibility. In the end up they decided to send me 3 new boxes of tiles (from the same batch). The tiler opened one box at my home and could see marks and scratches on them too.
We took the other two boxes back to the shop where the employee inspected them and found these were also faulty.
The employee spoke with head office and the supplier and they agreed to cover the cost of lifting the current floor tiles, providing new tiles and laying new tiles.
This was agreed mid way through December.

The other problem is that its not just the floor tiles which are faulty but the wall tiles as they are the same tile design from the same batch of tiles!

I went back to the shop in January (after the Christmas holidays were over and the shop re-opened). However the employee I was originally dealing with had left the company. The employee who had taken over from him said he would speak again to head office.

This was 2 weeks ago. Since then no-one from the company has contacted me.
I have had to ring the shop twice to be told someone would ring me.
I rang their head office on Monday 15th and spoke with the person "in charge of tiles" He told me he would ring back the next day.
No call came.

It seems I am having to chase up this company only to be told someone would ring me back. However they never do.

This has gone on since mid Nov and they just seem to ignore me.

Can anyone tell me what options I have left?

Also, as the wall tiles are the same batch of tiles as the faulty floor tiles would I be withing my rights to demand the company rip out the bathroom and reinstall it with tiles fit for purpose? I know this is an extreme option (due to another week of work being carried out on the bathroom). However if the company are not providing the expected level of customer service then I have every right to request this course of action.

In total this bathroom has cost me £6,000 and to be honest this whole episode has taken the shine of it. I work hard for my money and saved for this bathroom only to be provided with faulty goods and then face a non existent customer service.

This company has 9 or 10 stored in NI.

Sorry for the long post but I just wanted to explain in detail my situation.

Thank you for any help with this
