Reading 1st Post/Hover Mouse Over Title

When I log on I usually click on “New Posts” then scroll through the last 150. When I hover the mouse pointer over any title that grabs my interest a window opens showing the contents of the first post. This window stays open until I move the mouse pointer off of the title.
Today I have logged on using another Notebook running Win XP pro [my other Laptop’s OS is Win 2000 pro]. Now when I hover over a title the window opens showing the contents of the 1st post but automatically closes after about 5/8 seconds. Very annoying.
My questions are:
Has the Forum been tweaked since yesterday or is there something I need to check/uncheck in XP?

Got XP myself, and have the same problem. Did once have a quick look, but never found any info in XP or IE help files. Interested to know what controls the timing myself.I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.

Good to know that this is a problem shared by other XP users and not just unique to my system.
Let’s hope that there’s a solution and that someone reading this knows what it is.Do It To Them Before They Do It To You

Based on the info in that post, it looks like an XML issue, and if so, that's one for the webmaster to deal with. They have to set the duration the tooltip is shown. Will contact them for an opinion.
