If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Haven Holiday Home
Ownership of an ABI Clarendon Caravan holiday home, including the following:

· Three (3) bedrooms
· One (1) bathroom with toilet and shower, and one (1) separate en-suite toilet
· Wraparound balcony
· Fixed appliances including, but not limited to, a table, chairs, a sofa, a cooker, under counter fridge and freezer
· Full central heating and double glazing and upgraded insulation in the roof and external walls
· USB sockets in all bedrooms and the lounge
· Connections, local authority and water rates up to 31 December 2019 (inclusive)
· All site fees up to 31 December 2019 (inclusive)
· All electricity, gas and insurance costs up to 31 December 2019 (inclusive)
· Inventory pack (including fire extinguisher, full inventory of cutlery, crockery, bedding, saucepans, glasses, kitchen utensils, microwave, smoke alarm, an outside light and carbon monoxide detector)
· One (1) 32-inch TV and a TV point in master bedroom
· Ten (10) owner privilege cards for the winner to distribute to family and friends of their choice, which will entitle the card holders to owner benefits, including 15% off selected restaurants and shops, and use of all the park facilities

The caravan holiday home is to be situated in one of nineteen Haven Holiday park locations within the UK run by the Prize Provider (the “holiday park location”). Parks included are: Craig Tara, Haggerston Castle, Berwick, Thorpe Park, Golden Sands, Blue Dolphin, Primrose Valley, Allhallows, Church Farm, Combe Haven, Caister, Hopton, Littlesea, Doniford Bay, Devon Cliffs, Greenacres, Cardigan View, Cala Gran, Lakeland. The winner may choose which one of the holiday park locations and which pitch location within the holiday park location (the “pitch location”) they wish to locate their caravan holiday home on, subject to availability and confirmation by the Prize Provider.

Beginning on 1 January 2020, the winner may choose and agree with the Prize Provider one of the following options (the “options”):
(i) keep the caravan holiday home where situated at the pitch location at the holiday park location and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees, and charges associated with the continued ownership of the caravan holiday home, including but not limited to, paying the relevant fees for the pitch location, insurance and running costs; or
(ii) sell the caravan holiday home (in which case the Prize Provider must be given first opportunity to buy the caravan holiday home back from the winner at competitive market rates, and bear all costs associated with such sale); or
(iii) sell the caravan holiday home privately subject to option (ii), and bear all costs associated with such sale and consequential arrangements; or
(iv) move the caravan holiday home to another holiday park location and bear all costs and fees associated with such move and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the caravan holiday home on the chosen holiday park location.

It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm to the Prize Provider by 31 December 2019 which of the options they wish to take up.

Please note that the winner will also be unable to let out the caravan holiday home until 1 March 2019.
