Gary Taylor - Not competent

Gary Taylor is an individual purporting to be an architect, however he is nothing of the sort.
He prepared drawings on our behalf which were laughed out by the planning office.
Drawings were 180 degrees out, red lines were missing, scale incorrect etc etc.
The access statement made little sense due to poor English , typos and incorrect facts.

The drawings were shown to another qualified architect who pointed out that the building shown could not possibly fit on the site for which it was intended and no planning office in the country would accept the position of the driveway as insufficient visibility was offered up and down the road. It was suggested that Gary Taylor was in fact a charlatan.

We are mow out of pocket and have to start again - I would suggest that if you are looking for someone to produce architectural drawings you look for someone other than Gary Taylor.
