VCS/Excel parking charge

Hi, I received a parking charge through the post and appealed it with a registered keeper reply. They have now emailed me asking for the drivers details for the appeal to continue. Do I need to give them this information? Thanks

No you don’t. The ppc is probably on a fishing trip to get the drivers details as their paperwork isn’t POFA compliant.

If they are saying that you MUST give driver's details or the appeal can't be dealt with, or even considered at all, then forward a copy of that email to:

complain (thanks to Siross for this useful DVLA email):
