Terms and Conditions:

• The competition is for UK residents only
  The winner will be selected randomly on 31.01.2018 and will be notified by email
• The prize must be claimed within 14 days following initial contact, after which time, a new winner will be selected and notified
• Employees of wordery.com and Travel Republic cannot enter
• Reservation has to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival
• The winner will be issued with a voucher which can only be used at Gloria Hotel and Resorts. It has no monetary value and cannot be resold. Not valid with any other offer and/or promotion and not transferable. Availability is not guaranteed on any given date, however voucher is only valid with written confirmation of availability and subsequent reservation
• Voucher cannot be used during Christmas, New Years, religious and/or national holidays
• Flights will be arranged between the winner and Travel Republic following acceptance of the prize. Wordery.com will request a postal address for shipment of the five books chosen by the winner

Prize details:
One winner will be chosen to receive the prize of:
Two return direct flight tickets from a London airport to Antalya, Turkey and a 5 nights All Inclusive stay at 5* Gloria Golf Resort for two people. There are restrictions on travel dates so pay close attention to the next bit.
Travel Dates

• Travel and accommodation booking must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• Travel and accommodation is only valid between: 08/01/2018 to 10/4/2018 or 15/10/2018 to 15/12/2018
• Travel Republic will try to accommodate the dates selected but reserve the right to offer alternative dates and flight times.
• Travel is subject to availability and capacity control, and during peak travel periods as decided by Travel Republic travel will not be allowed.

Accommodation Restrictions

• The prize includes a voucher for a five night stay for two adults sharing a standard double room at 5* Gloria Golf Resort on an All Inclusive Special basis.
• All Inclusive Special includes food and drink from any of the restaurants and bars situated within the resort open at the time of visit.
• The accommodation voucher is not for resale and does not have any monetary value.
• Voucher is not valid with any other offer and/or promotion and not transferable.
• Voucher does not guarantee and availability on any given date, however voucher is only valid with hotels written availability followed by a written reservation confirmation
• Voucher is not valid during Christmas, New Years, religious and/or national holidays.

Travel Flight Restrictions

• The prize includes return flights on direct flights from a London airport to Antalya as detailed within the travel dates above.
• The flights must be taken in connection to the stay at the 5* Gloria Golf Resort, using the accommodation voucher.
• Reservation changes are not permitted after booking has been made.

14. The prize is non-transferable and is valid only for the named prize winner and travel companion. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers, and once booked travel is non-refundable and cannot be changed or transferred to any other passenger.
All travel on the prize flights is subject to the chosen airline’s general conditions of carriage for passengers, ancillary items (i.e. baggage and meals) and the terms and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
General
Winners must be in possession of a valid passport and visa, and, where necessary, must have the necessary vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this.
Tickets are valid for the winner and accompanied by one travelling companion. These terms and conditions apply to both the winner and the travelling companion.
18. Details of the prize are as described, they do not include any additional benefits (e.g. Transfers, travel insurance, visa, health documents)
19. The winners will be responsible for their own travel to and from their chosen airport, transfers and other costs associated with the trip.
Travel Republic reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this competition. Any tickets or vouchers issued free or at a price in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Travel Republic.
21. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Travel Republic and which prevents Travel Republic from complying with or fulfilling any element of these Terms and Conditions, Travel Republic will not be liable or responsible in respect of such Force Majeure Event.
22. In addition, the prize winners booking will adhere to Travel Republic “Agency Terms and Conditions”
This competition will be governed by English law and the English courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to it.
Determination of winners
24. Travel Republic at its sole discretion may disqualify any entrant, where it suspects that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
25. Travel Republic reserves the right to announce the winners’ name on their social channels.
26. Travel Republic reserves the right to request a short review of experience, hotel and flight prizes, with pictures, which may be featured on our company blog or social media.
