Prize

Included in your date is a glass of prosecco on arrival, 4 plates and a dessert per person at the The Rise Restaurant Terrace and Bar at the Grand Hotel and Spa on Thursday 8th of February 2018. *Any additional food & drink ordered will be paid for by the contestants.

The final 4 couples will be chosen by a panel of judges at Minster FM.
One entry per person.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
Online applications will close at 12noon on Friday 2nd of February 2018.
If you are selected as a finalist you will be required to be available for the blind date held on Thursday 8th of February 2018 at the Rise Bar & Restaurant at the Grand Hotel & Spa in York.
All costs relating to the travel and/or expenses costs relating to this competition must be met by the finalists. Minster FM, UKRD and the Grand Hotel & Spa will not accept responsibility for travel costs and/or expenses relating to this competition.
If you are not available to take part in the date on the date we have specified your application will not be counted and you fill forfeit your place in this competition.
All entrants must be available to appear on camera and be recorded as part of this competition otherwise your application will not be counted and you fill forfeit your place in this competition.
Finalists will be notified on Friday 2nd of February 2018 and must be available to commence the competition on the evening of Thursday 8th of February 2018.
Minster FM, UKRD the Grand Hotel & Spa cannot accept any liability for injury to any persons that may occur on the premises or within the grounds.
The Programme Controller's decision is final.
The contestants and winners must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the prize draw.
