British Gas debts help please.

I have these on my credit file. I’m not with them. I was before but had issues with the gas.
Any advice please. Why did they not default, why would one be suddenly settled. Is it six years from being settled it disappears.
Sorry it won’t let me post pictures.
I have four account on my file two for gas two for electric. And they never defaulted just a red 6 for years. But one suddenly settled this year. Is there anything I can do?

Who will then apply their own default a d red markers.
