So, the PPI company i used says theres nowt. But bank have coughed up anyway directly

now i am in a quandry!

my PPI claims company i am using ( asked for a cancellation which im waiting on ) say theres nothing to claim back. The bank however urged me to contact direct and behold! they paid me some cash!

will the claim company find this out? or wont the bank speak with them?

You've signed a legally-binding contract with the claim company, so you can expect their invoice (sooner or later) I'm afraid.

The specific thing in the letter from my bank, states that they have not seen a signed authority document from them, despite them asking the bank about this! and i know it kept getting lost in the post.

Should only be around £50 an hour.

As I said, sooner or later. They might even bill you in eighteen months (as one poster reported on this forum)
