I raised a ticket on 14th November, about an AI study where I spend over an hour ploughing through the interminable "training" aspect before closing the study (as per instructions) - only for the researcher to tell me to return the study because "tasks ran out while connecting to the study".  This was not the first time this had happened - that time the researcher marked  it as "Returned" themselves, although I had refused to return it.  It took until 26th November, but the reply from Prolific was that they had arranged for me to be paid in full for both studies (I hadn't even given them the details of the earlier one which was on 2nd November, they researched it themselves).  So twelve days for that ticket, and I was perfectly happy with that length of time because it meant they looked into it properly, rather than just (as some survey sites do) ticking a box without actually investigating.

Today I'm having problems with the AI study of comparing 2 photos against the given description and choosing the best one. My laptop is meeting the resolution requirement 1920x1080 pixels yet their system doesn't think so. Has anyone else had this problem today? It's never been an issue until now.

I managed to secure two places whilst other attempts had the study is busy message but unfortunately had to return both due to the above issue.

In case anyone does not see their messages and is qualified for the $20 AI studies, Prolific have added a $10 bonus for each one until Sunday.

I've had no message from them, nor any AI studies today (I wouldn't have had time to do any today anyway).  But thanks for the heads-up and I'll keep an eye out for them!

Me neither. But I missed a load last weekend because I was away so they might think I'm not interested.
I did see a compare two conversations one last night but I can't bring myself to do those.

I'm currently trying to force myself to do as many AI studies as possible since they're paying a bonus and it sounds like they might remove them after this weekend. I've gotten used to having hundreds sitting on my dashboard and just doing them when I feel like it.

Hundreds?   I was never offered more than about five at a time!

The AI fact checking? 100s of places within each study but only 20 or so studies on the dashboard.

Is this the AI studies that everyone's been going on about?

It’s possibly allows you to be considered for them (or it could be something to do with the Prolific AI study that has either stalled or I didn’t do well enough in the second qualifier for).

Either way I got this about a month ago and I don’t have access to this promised land of a dashboard of endless AI studies (it’s a teacup 90% of the time).

There do appear to be a variety of AI groups you can get into, I’m in at least two but the studies that are included are far less frequent than then ones being discussed above appear to be.
