Response from the researcher:
"Prolific contacted me this morning to explain that there had been a problem with their system between 7am and 9am, and that this had prevented the surveys from accepting the completion codes. However, it seems that this did not prevent the survey responses being captured successfully. Hence, I should have a record of any responses/submissions made between 7-9am and, therefore, plan to make the payments as normal."Just trying to make up for past mistakes and work towards the future I want :hello:0 -

Glad to hear, onedaysomeday!
The survey has appeared on my studies page but said timed out. I added the completion code anyway and hope the researcher does honour it as they said they would. It seems to have reverted to the old site again though, despite getting an email saying I'd been picked for beta testing!0 -
A question to people using the new site, does the page notifier plugin work with it? As the Prolific blog post mentioned that page notifiers might not work with the new site.0

I've found its only ever worked sporadically, and more often then not you get a notification when a survey is already full. Just refresh the page manually every few minutes and you will get better results in my experience.Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

Site seems to have switched to the new version for me this morning but I have no visible balance. Should be showing 14.79 and 7 pending. Anyone had the same issue?0

Mine is still on the old one, even after a quick blip to the new one yesterday. Balance has been fixed though.0

P.S. No rage here, I have yet to see this new version of PA. Sounds as if they had better keep it to themselves until they can get it to work. Typical software update, let the end users test it for free.0
