I just did the Knowledge Management one and right at the end the study crashed with all sorts of error messages saying it could not be found.

However it is now (miraculously) showing up on my Dashboard with a completion code so fingers crossed.

I usually have "just woken up" mode on, and hair looks like a bit cray cray.....but as I'm used to publishing stuff of my ugly mush, it doesnt bother me massively tbh.
