I always get this when accessing the internet via a dongle, I've never managed to get past it. No problems accessing via my wifi at home using the same device, so I reckon for me the dongle is the problem here and not the device.

I keep getting notifications from Prolific Assistant with 1 or 0 places left,  its about as much use as a ripped umbrella in a hurricane

I have been having the same problems for weeks, and the few I do then get in to tell me the study is full or the study has been paused - I have emailed support such as it is and had no reply other than can you take a screen shot! For months I  have had to enter the user name and password 2 or 3 times to login and for the first one or two times it just does not accept the correct username and password. Whatever the problem the question is always can you take a screen shot. Prolific support is as much use as a fart in a space suit

Prolific used to be very good - and now its just crap and today I decided I'd had enough and cancelled my account with them! And just to keep them happy I took a screen shot of the email I was going to send to them and attached it.

If anyone from Prolific ever reads this, then here is my advice for you! sort your bloody **** out! For a few hundred quid a year it just aint worth the hassle

I also find Prolific Assistant is like that;  out of a dozen notifications, I might get one study I can access.  And in that case the study has usually popped up on my always-open Studies page anyway!  I just keep that page open in a tab in Firefox, and when there is a study for me a number (usually just 1, sometimes 2) appears in the tab title - in the same way that a count of unread messages appears in my Gmail tab - and it is very rare that what I am then offered has no places left.  It's not the fault of Prolific itself, it's the fault of the Prolific Assistant add-on;  and its page at mozilla.org doesn't say who is responsible for it.
