How do people get these quiz's?  I've got prolific and leave my computer on its page but get hardly any coming through and then sometimes by the time I try and get it, they're full! Any hints would be good - do they have anywhere that I can set up notifications?  Thank you
You won't see all the ones posted on here because if you're not in the demographic you won't be invited. They're not accessible to everyone.
Otherwise it is a question of spotting them when they pop up. It's not unusual to find that when you go to reserve it it's already gone.
I've not noticed as many of late but I've been really busy so have probably missed lots. And had a couple of well paying ones that I just didn't have time for.
Other people set up a browser extension that notifies them but I've never managed to do that successfully - it was pinging every few seconds when the page refreshed itself.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

elsien, (not stalking you, I promise) have you tried googling "Prolific Assistant"?  I use Chrome and there is an extension for this on there.  Not sure what you do if you use another browser but there is also a page alert thingy called Distil (or Distill, I'm not sure) which I use for another survey site.

Has anyone else just been paid for that Covid study from Junhua Dang with the Chinese buttons and error messages?  I got to the end and wrote the essay only to get a long, red Chinese message and a frozen screen but he/she sent me a link to a "supplementary" study on the 9th, telling me I would be both paid for Part 1 and eligible for the subsequent parts if I did it.  He/she has been true to their word so I hope everyone who got that far is paid, too.

Thanks for that I've added the extension so hopefully that will work for me and I won't have to stalk the website so much anymore!
I did the Junhua Dang study but got no code when I finished - haven't been paid for it yet though!

I did this too. The supposed 18 min survey took me ~30mins then errored on the page where I had to input my Prolific ID (which I think was the last page) with what sounds like the same popup error message (?) in chinese in red as you. They messaged me about the survey last thing that day (after I'd shut down my laptop for the night!) then rejected me less that 24hrs later as I hadn't replied. When I messaged them back they had me do the supplementary study (which was a small number of the multichoice questions in the original survey). They confirmed they got the data and I got paid this evening too. Haven't decided If I'll do part 2 & 3 or not - not sure I believe a) these'll be 4 min surveys or b) error free...

I do use chrome but I probably need a step by step idiots guide for how to set it up.
ETA it would also be a tablet version.

EUCLID - Electronic survey on the current coronavirus situation - UK

    Hosted by Julia Koller
    £1.0013 minutes £4.49/hr 31 places remaining
I've just seen this one but it says not to do it if you've previously done a EUCLID study.  I've looked back and see I did one months ago so won't do it.  Has anyone done one by mistake?  Did you get paid?  I remember having something similar a bit ago and by the time I'd looked back through previous studies I'd missed the place (OK, I know now I should've reserved it first!!)

I seem to have loads of notifications in the past few weeks but have been involved with family crisis so not been able to do them.

Thing is, if you reserve it first then you can't go to Submissions and look through them.  I had to open Prolific in a different browser to be able to look at the submissions;  I found it several pages ago, back at the beginning of May.  I don't know why they can't just present the survey to those who haven't completed it before;  it happens often enough that one is offered a survey specifically as a follow-up to a previous one, so why not exclude people on the same basis?

An easier way to search past submissions while you have an open reservation - assuming you archive your payment confirmation emails - is to search your emails to see if you've previously been paid for the same study.
