This one is taking ages, way above estimated time..

I did this one and it did take longer than the stated time and I think I might have missed a click or two on my work time percentage. You couldn't go back. I did not find the task that easy though in theory it should have been easy to complete.

It took me an hour!
it seems unfair that some people only had 2 time diaries to fill out when I had 4 and each took at least ten minutes so makes sense it took me double the estimated length. I messaged the researcher and she said I’d be compensated accordingly!

I didn't notice the completion time till after I had started this and the researcher must have changed the estimated time as mines had £2.50 46 minutes £3.21/hr
I have reported this as its underpaying toke me an hour to complete

Hello, thank you for letting me know - so far, the median completion time across participants was 30 minutes; some people took much less (15 mins) and some people took more (around 1 hour). Don't worry, since you took longer than the estimated time, we will compensate you accordingly.

Unsure how anyone managed to complete it in 15 minutes

Sounds like BS. Just reading the instructions and completing the 3 examples would take at least 5 minutes. The questions at the end would take another few minutes.

The time and hourly rate are auto-adjusting according to how long people actually take on average to do the study. I would hope Prolific are keeping an eye on this and contacting any researchers whose surveys are taking so long that they fall significantly below £5/hr.

Its seems to be the estimated time that is different each time the researcher knows this is taking longer than that for most participants I've reported them to prolific as they as underpaying
