You may well find that this is in fact a follow-up - I have received several follow-ups from the same researcher for more voice recording. The study is essentially the same (mind-numbing and throat-parching) but clearly it pays well.

I am a little confused regarding whether I am allowed to do it as the instructions state:

"We need a unique voice for each script, so please do not sign in other studies with the title "Voice Recording on iPhone_UK_1400" published by zhmli if you decided to do this one. Duplicate submissions will not be compensated."

A few weeks back I did one which had "Voice Recording on iPhone_UK_1400" in the title so I assumed it would be rejected if I tried this one also.
