I've had a number of surveys this afternoon, 4 in fact....and not including one which I returned because I had to do a webcam chat...

Good times - but there was just one which was 86p on management stuff and....not fun.

The webcam chat one was hilarious - basically you're trying to convince someone to lie their backside off to get more money :D

Anyone did a study today about watching 15 videos (parental/child behaviours) and commenting on what happened?

I had that study pop up last week or so but today finally got through.

That study took time i must say and with watching the vids and forming your own analysis was a time consumers. I think payment should have been a little more.

I did it the other day. I doubt it was any kind of study, they were just asking for your notes to confirm you watched the videos and reinforce learning. I found it very interesting and worthwhile; I wish I had known the technique when my son was younger.
  • my previous survey was rejected on grounds i failed a quality check question, But they allowed me to continue and waste 15 mins doing the survey. Barstewards.

I found it rather interesting and have tried to apply some of the techniques in the videos. Money for old rope that one was. I didn’t sign up for further “studies” on that though.

Has anyone else noticed that when their survey responses are approved the amount paid is often less than the amount originally offered?

A couple of times and by a couple of pence, yes. I figured this was to do with US researchers paying in USD. As an example - I did a reading \ comprehension exercise the other day promising 2 cents bonus payment per correct answer - which translated to one penny (!!) per answer.
