Wonder if this was the same study I did and was rejected for. I put conservatives on prolific because that's what I had most identified with (or more like, the one that I least didn't identify with) but I don't actually identify with any of the parties. I got a study where the first question was asking my political affiliation, I voted none and then the survey closed. It didn't tell me beforehand that I would be rejected if I clicked none and it didn't tell me anything after it closed so I just reopened it and clicked Conservatives. He replied that he was rejecting me based on that. If you're going to put a study that closes if you don't click a button they want, why not write that in the description so you can send it back instead of putting your time into it just to get rejected?!

I just had this - I had no issues because I chose Labour, and not the Tories. The tories are the only just above the cesspit of humanity currently occupied by the Brexit party.

  • For those whose pre-screening information is not up to date, for cesspit of humanity politics reasons or otherwise... if you go onto your pre-screening profiles and delete the incorrect information they have on you, it will re pop up as a new question that will correctly sort you into the right studies.

What always puzzles me is when I get screened out because I am not the managing director of a multi-million pound company.

I have friends with MS who do indeed live life to the fullest, and have done so for many decades. MS is not an instantly terminal disease! To quote from Wikipedia:

"The average life expectancy is 30 years from the start of the disease, which is 5 to 10 years less than that of unaffected people. Almost 40% of people with MS reach the seventh decade of life."

Ah, well I am no doctor, nor have any wish to be one - I just found it odd and a small target audience.

    We move on....

I deleted mine after I was screened out for inconsistency and realised I'd put the wrong job sector it but it's not popped up as a new question yet, and got to be at least a week or two ago now.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

.....Very similar to another one from last week on the subject of scarcity.
  • I always miss the early morning ones - although I have to say, for the past few days I've been rolling through at least 2 per day after a slow start to the month.

Still made more on Qmee though!
